Each student creates with his/her advisor a significant project capitalizing on the prior four years of Computer Science education. The scope includes problem selection, requirement specification, design and implementation of the solution.

20 CS 597: Introduction to Wireless and Mobile Networking

3 Undergraduate
This course introduces basic concepts for wireless communication of both voice and data information. Many underlying system issues related to mobility support and channel allocation will be covered. Wireless communication using satellites will also be described. Discussions on Ad Hoc and sensor networks will also help understand why they are useful.
